Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to executives, management, Board, and committees. Manage board/intranet sites, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes/reports, administer policy and project tracking systems, support audits, vendor contracts, travel and event logistics, and maintain executive records and governance deadlines.

Provide administrative and contract lifecycle support: coordinate reviews, approvals, execution, and vendor due diligence; liaise with internal teams and vendors; maintain documentation, intranet content, and executive/Board materials; support emergency response plan, audits, and project management tasks. Balance urgent daily tasks and process improvements in a hybrid temp-to-hire role.

Lead secondary loan market and funding activities including correspondent and bulk sales, investor relationships, pricing, loan locking/delivery, pipeline management, compliance, and servicing coordination to maximize gain‑on‑sale revenue and ensure timely loan execution.

Lead programming and development functions: gather and define program requirements, design workflows, plan resources and projects, guide delivery and testing, investigate and resolve system issues, set budgets and policies, report status, develop team skills, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
