Teams at Advancial Federal Credit Union

Leads programming and development across three teams, overseeing software architecture, UI/UX, databases, application development, testing, controls, workflows, and system lifecycles. Translates business needs into technical requirements, manages project resources and delivery expectations, resolves system issues, establishes engineering standards, develops programming talent, and sets departmental budgets, policies, and strategic plans.

Provides confidential administrative support to executives, the Board of Directors, and the Supervisory Committee. Coordinates governance meetings, executive schedules, travel, events, records, policy reviews, audits, emergency response planning, vendor documentation, and organizational initiatives. Maintains governance portals and documents, prepares reports and correspondence, tracks projects, and supports compliance and operational deadlines while fostering positive relationships across the organization.
