Lead end-to-end production of live and pre-taped digital content, including shoppable interactive events. Manage schedules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape creative and technical execution, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.

Provide on-site studio operations and first-response troubleshooting for a Washington, DC studio. Manage session prep/close, network and storage health, remote access workflows, asset delivery, maintenance/patching, documentation, vendor RMAs, and coordination with stakeholders and remote engineering teams to ensure production readiness.

Lead and execute creative video projects from concept to delivery: ideate, script, edit trailers, promos, and longform content; create motion graphics; optimize platform-native assets; collaborate with marketing and production; manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency and broadcast-quality masters.

Call cues and manage live corporate event flow, coordinating video, audio, lighting, presenters, and in-room displays. Liaise with clients, producers, and technical crews, execute contingency plans for equipment failure, and maintain calm leadership under pressure to deliver polished live shows.

Coordinate audiovisual systems integration projects from presale through close-out. Manage proposals, Q360 quotes and job setup, procurement coordination, BOM and inventory tracking, project budgeting and billing, change orders, RMAs, warranty support, and project documentation. Support Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain and ensure uptime of live broadcast and AV systems by performing preventative maintenance, fault isolation, configuration backups, and coordinated maintenance windows. Troubleshoot SDI and IP media (ST 2110, Dante, AES67), manage vendor cases, produce incident reports and run-books, support integration/remediation projects, and travel between client sites as needed.

Lead onsite integration of audiovisual systems: verify site details, capture requirements, estimate labor/materials, produce wire-lists and design packages, manage installation teams and inventory, perform rack build/cable pulling/termination/testing, document progress and red-lines, and travel to client sites up to 50%.

Design, deploy, and maintain on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based live production systems. Support studio operations, validate encoders, lead live test broadcasts, configure Grass Valley/Calrec/AIMedia gear, expand control room functions into AWS (Elemental MediaLive), and consult with production teams to troubleshoot and optimize broadcast workflows.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles, handling 10–15 requisitions. Source candidates via HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean and social channels; assess and interview; partner with hiring managers; lead offer negotiations; improve recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Onsite, part-time set dresser supporting broadcast and live-stream productions: design and build studio sets, create mood boards and sketches, source materials and vendors, collaborate with directors and producers, occasionally handle food styling, and manage scenic projects through delivery.

Manage pre-production, on-set, and post-shoot tasks for live broadcasts: coordinate scripts, call sheets, crew, talent, logistics, timing, product/prop continuity, safety, and wrap reports. Serve as primary crew contact and help keep productions on schedule and compliant.

Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings and design documentation for AV and systems-integration projects from concept through installation. Participate in virtual design meetings, produce rack elevations, schematics, layouts, BOM reviews, cable/power plans, and installation-ready packages while applying ASG drafting standards and coordinating with engineering and implementation teams.

Lead and manage in-house post artists and day-rate vendors for high-volume social media content. Create schedules and budgets, oversee post workflows, QC deliverables, maintain vendor rosters, document best practices, and support project/media management using PM tools. Provide creative leadership, attend review sessions, and occasionally edit or create motion graphics.

Manage third-party on-location and in-studio productions as the clients representative. Coordinate crews and vendors, open and manage POs, track budgets, troubleshoot productions in real time, and deploy internal resources to support external shoots. Travel ~25% and collaborate with internal Producer team to ensure seamless execution.

Support and operate studio, remote, and on-location video shoots: set up cameras, lighting, audio, and teleprompter; maintain and inventory gear; ingest and hand off media; provide technical and remote support; assist with location scouting, rentals, and workflow improvements; collaborate with studio leads and post-production.

Operate and monitor live streaming events, ensure end-to-end stream and CDN health, lead incident response and escalation, troubleshoot consumer devices and software, document incidents and handoffs, and collaborate with engineering and production across shifts for reliable event execution.

Own and manage post-production workflows and project intake for editors, prioritize and assign daily workloads, develop KPIs and process improvements, and perform targeted editing tasks (conforming, versioning, cutdowns, audio/graphic fixes). Drive cross-functional communication, ensure delivery timelines, and support live production environments to scale operations efficiently.
