Lead end-to-end production for high-visibility branded campaigns, including shoppable livestreams, commercials, digital and social content, and experiential activations. Manage creative partners, production companies, talent, schedules, budgets, RFPs, edits, on-site shoots, and final delivery. Create run of shows, scripts, and production schedules while ensuring client, platform, technical, and quality expectations are met. Develop scalable workflows, troubleshoot production challenges, and cultivate external production partnerships.

Design high-impact presentation decks, social media assets, animated content, visual reports, infographics, and promotional case studies. Translate complex information into clear visual narratives, build scalable presentation templates, adapt designs across formats, and maintain brand consistency. Manage high-volume creative requests, stakeholder feedback, tight deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, and generative AI tools while monitoring social and design trends.

Maintain and troubleshoot Airtable systems and API integrations connecting Salesforce, Coupa, AWS finance tools, and operational data sources. Support automated reporting, dashboards, executive performance reports, data validation, documentation, naming standards, and metadata governance. The role focuses on testing, reliability, issue resolution, and onsite support, with mentorship from a Senior Data Operations Architect.
