Designs and develops Spanish- and English-language eLearning courses, training programs, assessments, instructor-led materials, and slide decks. The role applies instructional design, UX thinking, visual design, copywriting, and user testing to simplify technical concepts and create engaging learning experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams, managing multiple large-scale projects, establishing eLearning standards, and meeting quality and deadline requirements.

Drive adoption of a self-service livestream shopping platform among agencies and enterprise brands. Design onboarding and enablement programs, lead workshops, create scalable educational resources, monitor activation and adoption metrics, develop streaming strategy frameworks, and identify customer champions. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Success to address adoption barriers, influence product improvements, and scale the program internationally. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, guide production processes, establish eLearning standards, simplify technical concepts, and manage multiple large-scale projects. The role also involves user testing, visual design, copywriting, editing, presentation design, and meeting project deadlines.
