Design and develop electronics for new and existing navigation products from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include PCB schematic and layout design, circuit simulation, analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuit development, design for manufacture and testability, and collaboration with software and mechanical engineering teams.

Develop navigation and state estimation algorithms for real-time embedded systems. Responsibilities include sensor fusion, stochastic estimation, sensor calibration, 6-DOF simulation, uncertainty analysis, Monte Carlo testing, hardware-in-the-loop validation, field-data analysis, and cross-functional integration with hardware and production teams.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements for geospatial navigation solutions across enterprise and defense accounts. Architects GNSS, INS, FOG, and multisensor systems; leads proofs of concept, field testing, integrations, demonstrations, and executive presentations. Partners with sales, product, and R&D teams to address technical objections and influence product roadmaps. Provides technical mentorship while supporting complex customer deployments and traveling extensively to client and testing sites.

Own end-to-end warehouse logistics for high-value navigation hardware, including shipping, receiving, customs compliance, sales stock, and raw material inventory. Maintain inventory accuracy in an ERP system, coordinate with Procurement and Production, manage trade documentation and export controls, resolve shipment issues, guide junior staff, develop procedures, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Integrate inertial navigation, GNSS, and FOG-based systems into customer platforms across land, air, maritime, and robotics applications. Lead product demonstrations, field trials, proof-of-concept testing, data analysis, debugging, and customer deployments. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, manage project timelines, resolve technical issues, communicate results, and provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams. Travel to customer sites and work hands-on in field environments.

Deploys and integrates inertial navigation, GNSS, and FOG-based systems into customer platforms across land, air, maritime, and robotics applications. Conducts demonstrations, field trials, proof-of-concepts, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical presentations. Leads EMEA Sales Operations across Revenue Operations, bid management, sales enablement, marketing operations, and forward-deployed engineering. Owns Salesforce administration, forecasting, CRM data quality, deal desk governance, bid processes, sales compensation support, tooling, reporting, and operating cadences. Manages and develops a cross-functional team while partnering with sales, finance, HR, marketing, and global enablement teams to improve pipeline execution, process adoption, and revenue performance.

Designs and validates navigation system architectures for strategic EMEA customers, translating mission requirements into hardware and software configurations. Leads proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across subsea, aerospace, and autonomous defense applications. Provides technical direction to forward-deployed engineers, supports complex sales opportunities, informs product roadmaps, and manages customer relationships. The role requires extensive defense-program experience, customer-facing engineering expertise, export-control knowledge, Python data analysis, and travel exceeding 30%.

Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including purchase-order validation, billing, fulfillment tracking, customer support, export compliance, and Salesforce data integrity. Coordinate across Sales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve discrepancies, maintain AUKUS permit records, process international export documentation, and ensure accurate sales attribution and operational handoffs.

Lead development and characterization of inertial sensor technologies for navigation systems. Own end-to-end commercial and technical success of the INS product family: P&L, market requirements, roadmap, NPI, and lifecycle. Lead cross-functional HW/FW/SW trade-offs, stage-gate execution, technical discovery with customers, prioritize engineering fixes, and partner with Marketing to drive revenue, profitability, and customer alignment.
