Process and record accounts payable, review invoices for accuracy and fraud, manage payments (checks, ACH, wires), maintain W-9s and 1099s, reconcile GL accounts, assist monthly close and budgeting, supervise AP clerk, manage vendor contracts, support data analysis and finance projects.

Lead and oversee the Patient Accounts/Revenue Cycle function, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer rules, optimize claim collections and cash flow, manage staff and training, coordinate with finance, operations, IT and compliance, and maintain enrollment/revalidation for state and federal payer programs.

Manage day-to-day IT operations and staff guidance while acting as a hands-on systems administrator. Support Windows server environments, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, VMware, networking, backups, cybersecurity operations, scripting/automation, incident response, and documentation to ensure reliability, security, and business continuity.
