Teams at Advanced Medical Transport

Administer cybersecurity platforms, manage ThreatLocker and Microsoft 365 security tools, conduct vulnerability and patch management, respond to incidents, enforce system hardening, and support IT infrastructure. The role also handles identity and access controls, compliance documentation for HIPAA and CAAS, process improvement, vendor collaboration, and on-call technical support.

Manage and support AMT’s IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft 365, VMware virtualization, networks, hardware, software, security, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot issues, apply patches and upgrades, maintain system documentation, administer access and security controls, and implement scalable technology solutions. Collaborate with leadership and departments on IT projects, integrations, operational improvements, and technology strategy.

Designs and implements corporate networks, including Layer 2/3, SD-WAN, VLAN, VPN, LAN, and WLAN environments. Troubleshoots Tier 2 and Tier 3 network, hardware, software, and mobile issues; maintains VMware virtual infrastructure; deploys operating system patches; supports incident handling; automates routine tasks with PowerShell; and documents systems. The role also provides technical guidance, staff training, vendor escalation, and infrastructure improvements aligned with organizational goals.
