The role analyzes Oracle Cloud recommendations, inventory trends, customer demand, and supply risks; coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, sales, transportation, and finance; manages interplant transfers; supports S&OP meetings; and improves customer service and order-fill metrics.

Administer and support enterprise desktop environments, including Intune, SCCM, Windows devices, compliance policies, application deployment, security controls, and device enrollment. Provide Tier III support, partner with Security and IAM teams, contribute to modernization and integration projects, evaluate desktop technologies, maintain documentation, and automate recurring processes through scripting and reporting.

Coordinates learning and leadership development programs, including training logistics, LMS administration, enrollment, communications, vendor support, reporting, budgets, and participant feedback. Maintains learning portals and resources, responds to employee inquiries, supports training events, and collaborates with HR partners, leaders, and vendors to improve program delivery and employee engagement.

Design and lead electrical, controls, and automation projects for manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include electrical enclosure and panel design, PLC/HMI/drive programming, factory and machine acceptance testing, equipment installation, startup training, troubleshooting, contractor management, and remote or onsite plant support. The role also leads controls upgrades, develops bills of materials, supports automation, mentors engineers, and travels approximately 35% throughout the United States and Canada.

Drive business development, market share, and sales growth within an assigned territory. Generate leads and quotations, manage customer relationships, monitor field installations, prepare activity reports, support product approvals and specifications, and represent ADS at trade shows and industry events. The role requires consultative selling, territory management, product expertise, and frequent customer engagement while operating within approved pricing parameters.

Supports B2B sales growth through sales enablement, technical application assistance, bid funnel management, competitive analysis, customer engagement, quoting coordination, CRM data management, and process improvement. Partners with field sales, leadership, marketing, finance, operations, order management, and customer support to advance revenue goals, resolve escalations, maintain reporting accuracy, and improve sales effectiveness.

Leads technical marketing initiatives and product approval processes for public stormwater projects with state DOTs and municipalities. The role develops technical presentations, builds regulatory relationships, supports sales and product teams, identifies project opportunities, and expands product adoption. Candidates must have civil engineering experience, preferably a PE license, strong communication and project management skills, Salesforce experience, and the ability to travel up to two weeks monthly while visiting construction sites.
