Teams at Advanced Drainage Systems

Provides technical quality support to manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams. Performs gauge R&R, calibration, capability studies, laboratory testing, complaint analysis, competitor sample analysis, and quality reporting. Assists with quality-control procedures, equipment maintenance, and engineering projects while applying SPC, SQC, DOE, FMEA, and problem-solving methods. Requires an engineering degree, strong mathematics and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to travel for audits if needed, and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives at a manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing safety training, monitoring compliance training, reporting safety metrics, conducting audits and behavioral assessments, managing corrective actions, investigating incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring safety committees, and promoting a strong safety culture. The role requires knowledge of federal and state regulations, lockout/tagout, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and Lean principles, with travel of up to 25%.

Design and lead electrical, controls, and automation projects for manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include electrical enclosure and panel design, PLC/HMI/drive programming, factory and machine acceptance testing, equipment installation, startup training, troubleshooting, contractor management, and remote or onsite plant support. The role also leads controls upgrades, develops bills of materials, supports automation, mentors engineers, and travels approximately 35% throughout the United States and Canada.
