Manages day-to-day HR support for a manufacturing plant, including onboarding, payroll timecards, HRIS administration, reporting, benefits, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, investigations, compliance files, vendor and purchase order oversight, and employee communications. Partners with plant leadership and HR business partners on workforce development, retention, community engagement, and corporate initiatives. Provides administrative support while maintaining confidential personnel records and assisting employees and managers with HR policies and workplace issues.

Safely transport finished goods from production areas to the stocking yard using forklifts and other industrial equipment. Support production, conversions, truck loading, product stacking, preventive maintenance, quality inspections, paperwork, housekeeping, and inventory movement. The role requires PPE compliance, physical labor, flexibility for 40+ hours and weekends, and the ability to work in temperature extremes while repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds.

Develops procurement analytics strategy, data integrations, dashboards, forecasting models, and self-service reporting. Partners with procurement and cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate manual work, establish data governance, and support enterprise transformation. Translates complex data into actionable recommendations, evaluates emerging analytics and AI technologies, manages stakeholders, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
