Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team! In this role, you will maximize the profitability and growth of our product lines through market insights and strategic planning. If you are passionate about product management and market analysis, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategic direction for product lines, including target geographies and market segments.
  • Implement strategies across field sales and other functional resources (procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Provide technical support for key stakeholders (external and internal).
  • Gather customer and competitor intelligence related to the market and product portfolio.
  • Manage pricing, costs, and margins of assigned product segments.
  • Handle direct sales responsibilities for large opportunities.
  • Oversee product development efforts, including focus and features.
  • Lead new product launches.
  • Prepare business case analyses for new products, interacting with R&D, Purchasing, and Operations Management.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for the product line.
  • Manage the bid funnel of quoted projects.
  • Lead training for field sales and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering discipline preferred.
  • 5-10 years in marketing, sales, product management, or customer-facing engineering preferred.
  • 1-3 years in new product launches preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple disciplines.
  • Project management and product launch experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to negotiate successfully.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with sales to DOTs and direct management of large customer projects.
