Lead major gift fundraising by managing a donor portfolio, conducting prospect research and outreach, soliciting and stewarding gifts ($1K+), supporting campaigns and events, maintaining CRM records, and cultivating corporate and foundation relationships with frequent local and regional travel.

Founding operational leader accountable for launching and running a short-term residential treatment center for active-duty servicemen. Responsibilities include startup planning, facilities design, licensing readiness, fundraising, staff recruitment, daily operations oversight, partnership building, program quality/outcomes, and financial stewardship, while ensuring integration of evidence-based clinical care with Christ-centered discipleship and trauma-informed, adventure-based therapies.

Support outreach, events, and vocational training while upholding organizational values and required clearances.
