Provides direct supervision, structure, safety oversight, and daily support to residents in a faith-based addiction recovery program. Responsibilities include facilitating routines and activities, assisting with transportation, meals, kitchen operations, medication procedures, support groups, chapel, outreach, and work details. The role also conducts facility checks, responds to incidents, maintains cleanliness and safety, completes documentation, communicates client concerns, and models Christ-centered leadership and healthy boundaries.

Oversee the Work Experience Program by leading teams, planning daily work, teaching job skills and responsibility, discipling and mentoring students, maintaining equipment and safety, coordinating schedules, and training assigned team members.

Provide direct supervision, structure, safety oversight, and daily support to clients in a residential addiction recovery program. Maintain program routines, assist with meals, transportation, events, facility checks, documentation, medication procedures as applicable, and support spiritual mentorship and outreach activities while fostering a safe, respectful recovery environment.

Provide one-on-one mentorship, recovery support, discipleship, and program facilitation for men in a residential addiction recovery program. Develop individualized recovery plans, lead groups and devotions, maintain documentation and case notes, coordinate family/support communication, and support spiritual growth and re-integration activities. Ensure program structure, accountability, and safety, including participation in case reviews and community outreach.

Facilitate nationally accredited discipleship curricula, teach classes, maintain student records, coordinate teaching rotations, provide direct care and support to students, escort on off-site outings/appointments, and perform general program duties.

Support the women's residential recovery program by maintaining a safe, structured environment, assisting residents, upholding confidentiality and boundaries, and performing daily operational and ministry tasks while gaining practical experience.

Support day-to-day operations of a women's residential recovery program: assist staff in creating a safe, structured, faith-centered home, encourage residents' spiritual and personal growth, maintain confidentiality and healthy boundaries, perform routine operational tasks, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Facilitate and oversee the Adult & Teen Challenge discipleship curriculum, lead classes, maintain records, coordinate teaching rotations with staff and volunteers, provide direct student care, and assist with off-site outings and general duties.

Support men's residential recovery program by mentoring residents, modeling Christian values, assisting with daily routines, monitoring curfew and headcounts, supporting intake and classes, maintaining safety and order, and performing program operational tasks while gaining ministry and leadership experience.

Provide mentorship, teach curriculum, track student progress and family communications, organize events and appointments, support campus manager with budget and fundraising, maintain student records and bank, supervise student activities, assist with Freedom Services, and ensure program compliance with accreditation standards.

Lead and supervise boys on multi-day outdoor trips (hiking, camping, canoeing) while providing direct care, behavioral management, discipleship, Bible study, and coordinating with clinical and academic departments. Ensure safety through required trainings (First Aid/CPR, crisis intervention, lifeguard, ropes, risk management), maintain logs and inventories, and uphold program policies and ministry standards.

Provide oversight, accountability, and Christlike leadership for residents in a long-term recovery program. Assist with intake, monitor communications, supervise activities, facilitate small groups, transport students to appointments, document policy violations, oversee work duties, and participate in staff discipleship and ministry events.

Support fundraising and development activities: assist with major events (banquet, golf outing, phon-a-thons), manage choir services and special events, supervise volunteers and residents, assist with grant writing and donor database, host campus visits, and perform general clerical and office duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Lead advancement and fundraising strategy, cultivate donor and community relationships, manage donor systems and communications, oversee major gifts and sponsorships, produce advancement materials and reports, represent the organization at events, and support executive leadership and fundraising outcomes.

Lead regional clinical standards, quality, and regulatory compliance for multi-site behavioral health services across six states. Manage clinical supervisors, design evidence-based programming, track outcomes, oversee crisis systems, build training/onboarding, support strategic planning and budgeting, and represent the program in community and provider relationships.

Supervise the Education Department: oversee classes, teachers and students; provide religious instruction, Bible studies, discipleship, evangelistic outreach, and classroom pastoral care; maintain curriculum, inventories, student records, and weekly evaluations; train staff in PSNC and counseling; advise and participate in student discipline and welfare.

Teach Adult & Teen Challenge curriculum, disciple and mentor students, guide Individual Growth Plans, lead classroom spiritual discussions, evaluate progress, support GED/life-skills, collaborate with staff, and maintain compliance with program educational requirements.
