Leads fundraising and partner-relations efforts for a nonprofit ministry. Manages a portfolio of 60–100 major donors, solicits significant and multi-year gifts, develops corporate and church partnerships, expands funding channels, presents the organization’s mission publicly, hosts cultivation events, and maintains donor records, forecasts, and reports. The role requires extensive local and national travel, strategic development planning, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Manages daily corporate office operations, facilities, vendors, technology and copier services, financial deposits, petty cash, vehicles, property assets, mail, meetings, events, and campus support. Maintains records, coordinates maintenance and equipment purchases, processes deposits in QuickBooks, monitors student leads, prepares graduation certificates, and communicates operational updates to the President/CEO.

Processes accounts receivable, billing, invoices, donations, reconciliations, and month-end reports. Supports audits, affiliate account inquiries, grants, and credit card reconciliation. Oversees an online store, including order fulfillment, vendor coordination, inventory management, purchase orders, and annual counts. Provides backup phone coverage and administrative support.
