Lead regional clinical standards, quality, and regulatory compliance for multi-site behavioral health services across six states. Manage clinical supervisors, design evidence-based programming, track outcomes, oversee crisis systems, build training/onboarding, support strategic planning and budgeting, and represent the program in community and provider relationships.

Supervise the Education Department: oversee classes, teachers and students; provide religious instruction, Bible studies, discipleship, evangelistic outreach, and classroom pastoral care; maintain curriculum, inventories, student records, and weekly evaluations; train staff in PSNC and counseling; advise and participate in student discipline and welfare.

Teach Adult & Teen Challenge curriculum, disciple and mentor students, guide Individual Growth Plans, lead classroom spiritual discussions, evaluate progress, support GED/life-skills, collaborate with staff, and maintain compliance with program educational requirements.
