Manage and optimize CSS Shopping campaigns across international markets. Analyze raw performance data, identify trends, report results, and implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency and revenue. Collaborate with teams to test and scale initiatives while maintaining an ROI-focused approach. The role requires strong Google Ads knowledge, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and the ability to balance priorities independently.

Design, build, and scale high-performance backend and data services for an AI-native marketing platform. Develop AI-powered components using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent workflows; own features from system design through production; optimize performance and reliability; and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions. The role focuses primarily on Python and Django backend development while supporting end-to-end engineering across the technology stack.
