The Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and shipping core parts of our platform. You’ll work across the backend and data layers, with opportunities to contribute end-to-end, from system design to production deployment.
What you’ll do:
Build and scale high-performance, data-intensive backend services
Work with technologies such as Python, Django, JavaScript
Design and integrate AI-powered components (LLMs, RAG, intelligent workflows)
Own features end-to-end, from design to production
Debug, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability
Collaborate through code reviews and technical discussions
Who You Are
A passionate engineer with a several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies
You feel comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with focus on backend development
You’re autonomous and take pride in the code you write
You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture
We work primarily with Python and Django. Prior experience with these isn't required - if you have strong fundamentals and a track record in other stacks(Java, C#, Go, TypeScript, Ruby, PHP, etc.), we'd love to hear from you.

AdRamp is an AI-powered performance-marketing platform that connects to a company’s advertising data and lets users analyze campaign performance, keyword efficiency, budgets, spend, revenue, conversions, ROAS, and CPA through a natural-language chat interface. It identifies waste and underperforming campaigns, recommends optimizations, and executes approved actions such as excluding keywords, shifting budgets, and pausing ads directly in Google Ads with explicit human approval.
