Conduct consumer research for Adorama Used/Trade, including moderated customer interviews, unmoderated ad and landing-page testing, heatmap analysis, and hypothesis-driven surveys. Independently manage research initiatives from planning through synthesis, producing actionable recommendations for paid media, email, and Used/Trade teams. Research will focus on customer motivations, objections, trust signals, and decision-making around buying, selling, and trading pre-owned equipment.

Supports sales representatives in the TV and film equipment rental market by preparing quotes and rental orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating reservations and logistics, monitoring active rentals and billing, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring complete rental documentation. The role requires strong organization, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting production schedules. It is fully on-site, five days per week, with a standard 40-hour work week.

The Business Development Representative will identify and onboard new customers, focusing on opportunities with annual spending of at least $25K, manage the sales process, and transition accounts to Account Managers.

The Account Manager will drive sales growth in Public and Private sectors, build relationships, meet targets, and manage customer accounts.
