Supports sales representatives in the TV and film equipment rental market by preparing quotes and rental orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating reservations and logistics, monitoring active rentals and billing, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring complete rental documentation. The role requires strong organization, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting production schedules. It is fully on-site, five days per week, with a standard 40-hour work week.

Inspect, test, and evaluate used video, photo, audio, and lighting equipment for functionality and defects. Record findings and missing parts in proprietary inventory software, prepare product write-ups for website and marketplaces, perform quality control, and assist with cross-training and other departmental duties.

The Business Development Representative will identify and onboard new customers, focusing on opportunities with annual spending of at least $25K, manage the sales process, and transition accounts to Account Managers.
