Develop and grow commercial HVAC business with union contractors and facilities across Chicagoland. Manage existing accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, win new construction projects, navigate bids and negotiations, and manage change orders. Build relationships across the HVAC and construction industry, attend trade events, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecast data, and coordinate project handoffs with internal teams.
