Lead commercial HVAC sales with focus on union contractors and union-operated facilities in Chicagoland. Grow existing accounts, win new construction projects, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, coordinate internal teams for project handoff, and represent the company at industry events. Conduct site visits, identify retrofit and efficiency opportunities, negotiate bids and change orders, and meet quota and gross profit targets.

Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from turnover through closeout: coordinate stakeholders, oversee billing and documentation, conduct site inspections, support service coordination, and lead project coordinators while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer and screen calls, greet guests, backup HR and accounting (AP invoice handling, scanning/shredding), manage COI and bond requests, handle mail, purchasing and inventory, and perform other office tasks to support operations.
