Coordinates day-to-day People & Culture operations for the Swedish organization and selected group activities. Responsibilities include creating C-based protocol handlers over RS485 and Ethernet, adding web UI and JSON configuration, rewriting C++ code in C, and maintaining quality through Python testing, system tests, and code reviews. The role requires troubleshooting low-level interfaces, applying software security practices, and collaborating with international technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and test embedded Linux software for secure IoT alarm products. Responsibilities include testing communication protocols, troubleshooting network and product issues, building verification tools and tests, and eventually implementing new protocols and features in C and Python. The role requires practical Linux, networking, command-line, and Git skills, along with strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate programming ability through personal projects, open-source contributions, or substantial technical work.

Develop embedded Linux applications and systems software in C for secure IoT products. Own solutions from architecture through implementation, automated testing, CI integration, and field deployment. Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams, improve engineering tools and processes, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and implement reliable Linux networking, security, and resilient connectivity features.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of a public safety product portfolio. Engage rescue services and public safety organizations to identify needs, prioritize requirements, and create business value. Collaborate with Agile development, sales, operations, and support teams on delivery, launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Monitor market, regulatory, and technology developments, identify growth opportunities, and support go-to-market activities.
