Plan and execute Benelux regional B2B marketing to drive demand and pipeline: manage digital campaigns, localise content, support sales enablement, run events/webinars, monitor performance, and develop local PR and customer stories.

Generate new business across Benelux for AddSecure Smart Transport by prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, running discovery meetings and demos, preparing proposals/ROI cases, negotiating and closing deals for fleets of 10–100 vehicles, maintaining Salesforce records, and representing the company at industry events.

Lead global rollout and adoption of end-to-end business processes by testing system flows (CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service, order management), creating process maps, work instructions, training materials and knowledge-base content, running workshops and trainings, documenting gaps, preparing change-control decision material, and coordinating implementations with system and development teams.

Drive new-business revenue across Benelux by owning the full sales cycle for large commercial fleets. Prospect, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities; build executive relationships; present solutions and ROI-based value propositions; maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce; represent the company at industry events; collaborate with internal teams to win strategic customers.
