Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams, improve engineering tools and processes, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and implement reliable Linux networking, security, and resilient connectivity features.

Own and develop a personal safety product portfolio spanning cloud-based incident response, portable alarms, positioning, dispatch, and communication solutions. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, customer and market analysis, UX improvement, requirements definition, R&D collaboration, product launches, pricing, profitability, lifecycle management, regulatory support, and performance tracking across European markets. The role requires hands-on technical understanding of IoT, connected hardware, cloud services, and subscription-based platforms.

Own and develop the Smart Alarms product portfolio and roadmap, including lift, fire, and intrusion alarm services. Translate customer and market needs into product priorities, work with R&D on development and testing, and lead launches with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and country teams. Manage pricing, product performance, customer and partner relationships, digital initiatives, and market expansion across Europe. The role requires hands-on technical engagement with connected hardware, software, and cloud services.

Own and develop pricing strategies, models, governance, price lists, discount frameworks, and indexation processes across products and services. Analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, margins, and revenue leakage. Partner with Sales and Product Management on packaging, monetization, strategic deals, and negotiations. Build organizational pricing capability through frameworks, training, and coaching, while evaluating pricing tools, systems, and automation.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of a public safety product portfolio. Engage rescue services and public safety organizations to identify needs, prioritize requirements, and create business value. Collaborate with Agile development, sales, operations, and support teams on delivery, launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Monitor market, regulatory, and technology developments, identify growth opportunities, and support go-to-market activities.

Lead global rollout and adoption of end-to-end business processes by testing system flows (CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service, order management), creating process maps, work instructions, training materials and knowledge-base content, running workshops and trainings, documenting gaps, preparing change-control decision material, and coordinating implementations with system and development teams.
