Coordinates day-to-day People & Culture operations for the Swedish organization and selected group activities. Responsibilities include managing HR enquiries, providing first-line employee and manager support, preparing employment documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee data and HR systems, administering company car and health-related activities, updating policies and templates, and supporting process improvement projects. The role requires strong organization, Swedish and English communication skills, HR administration experience, and familiarity with Swedish employment practices.

Manage accounts receivable across Nordic entities, including invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, customer account management, overdue receivables, and billing inquiries. Support month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and statutory reporting, audits, and process improvements involving controls and automation.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux software for secure alarm communication systems. Responsibilities include creating C-based protocol handlers over RS485 and Ethernet, adding web UI and JSON configuration, rewriting C++ code in C, and maintaining quality through Python testing, system tests, and code reviews. The role requires troubleshooting low-level interfaces, applying software security practices, and collaborating with international technical and non-technical stakeholders.
