Execute QC workflows for plasmid and viral samples: verify functionality via Illumina and Nanopore sequence analysis and restriction digests, document and report results, manage routine depositor communications, assist with NGS bioinformatic post-run processing and uploading, update plasmid cloning information, and support Quality team processes and meetings.

Lead and perform complex QC analyses for plasmids and related samples, resolve challenging depositor cases, develop and run NGS bioinformatic pipelines, write scripts and SOPs, mentor team members, and drive process improvements to expand QC capabilities and catalogue coverage.

Manage and execute marketing operations including depositor/fulfillment programs, event and sponsorship logistics, HubSpot data hygiene and campaign deployment, reporting cadence, SOPs, and campaign support. Coordinate external vendors and creative partners, improve operational efficiency, and contribute ideas to drive engagement across channels in support of Addgene's mission.
