Own and improve Addgene’s BigQuery data warehouse, including data modeling, documentation, quality validation, and pipeline development. Build reliable datasets, establish data definitions and engineering standards, integrate internal data sources, automate repetitive work, and support dashboards and reporting. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, dbt experience, proactive problem-solving, code review participation, and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
