Processes high-volume accounts receivable transactions, including wires, ACH payments, checks, and credit cards. Manages domestic and international collections, monitors overdue balances, resolves billing issues through customer communication, maintains AR records and protocols, supports process improvement projects, and prepares reports. Collaborates with Finance, Customer Support, and Shipping Operations teams to improve collection efficiency and maintain accurate financial transactions.

Leads full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, applicant tracking, and onboarding while serving as a strategic HR advisor to assigned teams. Provides guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, engagement, performance management, policies, and organizational effectiveness. Analyzes workforce trends and metrics, supports change management and inclusion initiatives, ensures employment-law compliance, and drives positive candidate and employee experiences.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Uses NetSuite and Excel to develop reports, reconcile data, support month-end close, and improve FP&A processes. Partners with Finance, Accounting, executives, and department leaders to identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and prepare Board and Audit Committee materials. Supports grant, program, capital, audit, and tax reporting in a nonprofit life sciences environment.
