Provide employability training, supervise work-based learning placements, establish employer partnerships and MOUs, conduct site inspections, mentor and evaluate students, manage student documentation and transportation, and ensure program compliance with performance goals and integrity guidelines.

Lead and manage a comprehensive student recreation program: plan and publish schedules, promote health and wellness, manage budget and equipment, ensure facility safety and compliance, supervise and develop staff, collaborate with residential and security teams, and mentor students to build community and healthy habits.

Provide preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students; ensure HIPAA compliance; supervise and manage the Wellness Department and staff; establish MOUs with local hospitals and community resources; manage wellness budget and staffing; coordinate chronic condition case management, medication administration, medical records, inventory, and incident reporting; liaise with agencies for student health insurance and third-party services.

Lead the Human Resources department managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, staff development, HRIS and reporting to foster a positive workplace culture.

Lead day-to-day operations of a 42-bed emergency youth shelter, supervise program directors and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage finances and records, maintain health and safety standards, and build community partnerships.

Triage, perform first aid and basic exams as allowed by law, administer medications, maintain medical records and HIPAA compliance, assist Wellness Director coordinating medical, mental health, and dental services, maintain sanitary environment, collaborate with staff, and perform related duties.
