Provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to Job Corps students in dormitory living; monitor safety and behavior; refer students to counselors; maintain student files and case notes; assist with unit activities and dorm maintenance; enforce policies and model career success behaviors.

Supervise and coordinate a comprehensive student recreation program, ensuring safety, program compliance, equipment maintenance, documentation of participation, and collaboration with center and community resources. Mentor students, support center operations, and assist with evening and leadership programming while maintaining attendance, accountability, and quality standards.

Maintains a safe and secure living and working environment for students and staff. Conducts accident and incident investigations, safety inspections, prevention training, and compliance reviews. Manages visitor control, student accountability, staff coverage, and adherence to OSHA, DOL, Job Corps, and company requirements. Analyzes safety and security data, resolves hazards, supports center operations, and collaborates with departments to supervise students and improve safety outcomes.
