Provide individualized case management and career counseling to Job Corps students during transition. Develop transition plans, build employer and community partnerships, support placements, monitor performance, and collaborate with center staff to meet DOL/company performance goals.

Oversee daily dorm operations and supervise residential staff. Provide individualized case management and mentorship to support student retention and success. Ensure dorm safety, maintain reports and supplies, coordinate training, hiring, and cross-department collaboration.

Manage academic and career technical training programs, supervise Education & Training staff, ensure student progress and program completion, meet DOL/company performance goals, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, develop community partnerships, provide staff training and performance management, and support student behavior and success.
