Provide individualized transition case management and career counseling to Job Corps students, identify and resolve placement barriers, develop transition plans, build employer and community partnerships, conduct job development, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and support student retention in employment, education, or training.

Provide preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students. Triage, perform first aid and basic exams as allowed by law, administer medications, maintain medical records and HIPAA compliance, assist Wellness Director coordinating medical, mental health, and dental services, maintain sanitary environment, collaborate with staff, and perform related duties.

Provide routine wellness assessments and first aid, lead health education programs, maintain confidential electronic medical records, collaborate with staff on student health issues, and support campus safety and wellness initiatives to promote student well-being.
