Operate 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder (ANCA), perform complex setups, adjust grinding programs, inspect and laser-mark cutting tools, support preventive maintenance, communicate issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Set up and operate CNC vertical/horizontal mills and turning centers, load and edit CNC programs, perform in-process inspections and measurements, maintain tooling, deburr parts, follow blueprints and process specs, ensure quality, and report issues to the Team Leader.

Manage gaging inventory, inspect and calibrate gauges and tooling, coordinate with external calibration providers, clean and return gages to production, maintain out-of-tolerance reports, fulfill production gage requests, and support inspection and machinists.
