Set up, run, and maintain Swiss CNC (Tsugami) machines to produce aerospace and military components. Leads the organization's IT function across governance, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, operational technology, projects, budgets, assets, vendors, and team leadership. The role ensures secure, reliable technology operations in a manufacturing environment, aligns IT investments with business goals, supports production continuity, manages regulatory requirements including CMMC, NIST, DFARS, and ITAR, and coordinates cross-functional technology initiatives.
