Installs, configures, administers, supports, and troubleshoots Windows clients, servers, hardware, software, networking equipment, printers, and mobile devices across company facilities. Provides escalated end-user support, tests and upgrades software and hardware, repairs equipment, maintains documentation, and supports security and application usability. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, networking, scripting, software maintenance, cable termination, and vendor relationship skills.

Prepares, coats, inspects, and finishes parts using paint, dry film lubricant, and powder coating processes. Operates and maintains masking, blasting, oven, fluidized bed, and electrostatic coating equipment. Follows blueprints, process specifications, work instructions, and quality controls; performs masking, cleaning, curing, unmasking, touch-ups, defect removal, and dimensional inspections. Maintains equipment, tools, inventory, housekeeping, and safety compliance while assisting with employee training and continuous improvement.

Set up, run, and maintain Swiss CNC (Tsugami) machines to produce aerospace and military components. Perform in-process inspections, edit programs for tool wear, maintain tooling, deburr and finish parts, follow blueprints and process specifications, apply SPC data to adjust machining, and train/mentor others as needed.
