Own the enterprise change and adoption strategy for large-scale transformations. Lead stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, communications, change-agent networks, training, impact assessments, resistance mitigation, and adoption measurement. Build repeatable change practices, define KPIs, strengthen organizational change capabilities, and align transformation efforts with Acuity’s strategy, culture, and business outcomes.

Conduct telephone premium audits for workers’ compensation, general liability, and commercial auto policies. Update audit worksheets, determine classifications and exposures, resolve disputes, approve revisions within authority, and answer questions from underwriters, agents, and customers. Manage assignments efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards, maintain audit expertise through training, and provide professional customer service. This is a remote role with an onsite requirement twice annually.

Manage Acuity’s personal or package insurance product lines, overseeing product strategy, roadmaps, market performance, growth, and profitability. Analyze competitive, customer, pricing, and industry data to identify product opportunities and enhancements. Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, actuarial, communications, and other stakeholders to execute strategies, align goals, and deliver insights to business leaders. Present performance updates and support sustainable competitive advantage.

Support data analytics and visualization by conducting research, collecting data, applying mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques, and summarizing findings accurately. Collaborate with team members, follow department procedures, and learn actuarial methodologies, company operations, and computer systems. The intern must demonstrate strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent work skills while pursuing an undergraduate degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field.

Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Own IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines, integrate source control and automated testing/security, implement governance and hybrid cloud solutions, deploy generative AI services, monitor performance, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud platforms.

Lead the vision and roadmap for Acuity's multi-org CRM platform, translate business priorities into scalable solutions, drive integrations, data governance, analytics enablement, stakeholder alignment, and manage the product backlog to increase adoption and measurable value.

Serve as an HR business partner for assigned departments, leading employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, terminations, recordkeeping, engagement surveys, and training. Coach managers and employees, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Benefits, support HR audits and vendor tasks, ensure compliance with employment law and confidentiality, and contribute to retention and career development initiatives.

The Systems Engineer on Database Administration will support database installations, optimization, maintenance, and work with teams to enhance query performance.

Design, build, and maintain software applications; collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders; resolve bugs and production issues; write scalable, testable code; perform testing and debugging; produce technical documentation; mentor peers; participate in on-call rotation; leverage the team's data ecosystem to inform application design and improvements.

Designs, deploys, integrates, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots storage and IT infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, object storage, VMware, networking, backups, and disaster recovery systems. Investigates and evaluates auto physical damage and basic liability claims by determining coverage, liability, damages, reserves, fraud, and subrogation. Communicates with customers and external parties, documents claim files, conducts interviews and research, negotiates settlements, and resolves or refers claims while maintaining accurate records and professional service.

Provide on-campus security presence, perform daily inspections, respond to alarms and emergencies, maintain access control and camera systems (Genetec), manage keys/access/cards, coordinate drills and emergency response teams, maintain AED/first aid supplies, update SDS records, assist events and liaise with emergency services.
