Lead and deliver complex projects from vision through deployment: define scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and communications; apply project management methodologies, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, monitor performance, and conduct lessons learned.

Support execution and operations of internal communications channels, maintain governance, optimize usability and engagement, evaluate and roll out tools, analyze engagement data and produce reports, partner with strategists and stakeholders to guide channel use, educate contributors, and drive continuous improvement in employee communications and experience.

Manage a team of 7–9 inside claim representatives, ensuring compliant claims handling via hiring, training, file reviews, audits, and reporting. Oversee litigation defense and subrogation, monitor reserves and workload, grant settlement authority within limits, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate ongoing training and staffing recommendations.
