The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement Generative AI solutions, collaborate with teams, enhance AI applications, and mentor others in best practices.

Conduct on-site risk control surveys, prepare objective reports, analyze loss history and hazards, recommend and implement loss-reduction and safety training programs, assist underwriting and agents, use industry standards (NFPA, OSHA, DOT, A.M. Best), maintain agency relationships, and travel within assigned territory.

Monitor underwriting guidelines and practices, conduct audits, create training programs, and serve as a knowledge resource for underwriting staff.
