Own brand positioning, SAP partner marketing, thought leadership, ABM, demand generation, executive engagement, events, analytics, team development, and budget management. The CMO will establish marketing operations from the ground up, drive pipeline and revenue outcomes, differentiate the firm from larger systems integrators and boutique competitors, and engage senior leaders including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and revenue executives.

Lead the architecture, development, and production delivery of LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows for enterprise billing and subscription platforms. Manage and grow the AI engineering team, set technical direction, prioritize delivery, and ensure scalable, secure, reliable systems. Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing implementations from blueprint through go-live. Gather requirements, configure and test SAP CI, integrate with SOM, Convergent Charging, and FI/CO, and provide expertise on billing and invoicing processes. Collaborate with global technical and functional teams, manage onsite-offshore delivery, prepare documentation and training, support client stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects focused on Order to Cash processes. Responsibilities include Agile project delivery, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, consulting presentations, people management, presales support, risk mitigation, and delivery across international geographies.

Design and implement automated testing solutions using Python, Selenium, and Pytest. Develop test cases and plans, perform API, performance, and load testing, troubleshoot results, and maintain test documentation. Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment while working with SOAP, REST, SOA, Oracle databases, SQL, SFTP, shell scripting, Jenkins, JIRA, and JMeter.

Lead and support SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, deployment, integration with SAP SOM/CC and finance modules, documentation, training, and client advisory. Manage work across offshore and onshore teams, coordinate large delivery streams, and contribute to process and methodology improvements.

Design and deliver SAP BRIM and FI-CA solutions, gather requirements, configure systems, create RICEFW objects, support client workshops and demos, and integrate FI-CA with BRIM and SAP modules across global projects. The role requires hands-on SAP FI-CA expertise, project delivery experience, strong communication, and willingness to train in SAP BRIM and Convergent Invoicing.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP Convergent Mediation solutions using Mediation Zone, Digital Route, Java, Kafka, FTP, REST, databases, and Avro. Build workflows to collect finance data, create billing items for SAP CI and FICA, and integrate upstream and downstream systems. Develop unit, integration, and automation tests, manage version control with Git and GitLab, support process orchestration and ESB environments, implement data archiving, and troubleshoot mediation issues.
