Generate new business and grow existing customer relationships across electrical drives, motors, and automation sectors. Identify opportunities, engage technical and commercial decision-makers, translate customer needs into tailored solutions, and close sales. The role combines technical sales, business development, commissioning, relationship management, and lead generation, with autonomous responsibility for building commercial growth and potential progression into greater leadership or partnership.

Handle phone consultations and prepare quotations/sales for Perth metro clients using provided leads. Build rapport, maintain product knowledge, follow up on quotes, perform daily administration, and use Word/Excel/Outlook. Training and support provided; role can be full-time, part-time, casual, or contractor, based in Willetton with some remote flexibility.

Sell technical electrical drives, motors and automation solutions by developing new business and supporting existing customers. Combine engineering credibility and commissioning experience to understand requirements, propose technically appropriate solutions, negotiate contracts, and grow revenue. Work autonomously across LV/HV/MV sectors, build relationships with engineers and senior decision-makers, and pursue long-term commercial growth with potential future partnership.
