Facilitates integrated process teams, change management, stakeholder meetings, policy updates, and logistics network improvements. Develops data-extraction and archival tools, prepares briefings and position papers, and supports Marine Corps supply-center visits. Requires extensive Marine Corps logistics knowledge and expertise in reparable management processes.

Provides cradle-to-grave federal acquisition and contracting support, including pre-award acquisition strategy, market research, contract vehicle selection, requirements development, source selection, and required documentation. Supports post-award modifications, task orders, contract surveillance, spend management, de-obligations, and closeout. Maintains contract files in compliance with FAR and advises contracting officers, CORs, program teams, and junior acquisition professionals.

Provide cradle-to-grave federal contracting support across pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities. Responsibilities include acquisition strategy, market research, contract vehicles, source selection, contract documentation, task orders, modifications, surveillance, spend management, and contract file maintenance. The role also advises program teams, supports contracting officer representatives, and provides leadership to junior acquisition professionals while ensuring compliance with FAR and related regulations.
