The role manages Salesforce, Jira, Partner Portal, Crossbeam, and related tools; improves partner journeys; builds reporting and dashboards; supports cost and contract decisions; and coordinates initiatives such as the Partner Portal rebuild and AI automation rollouts.

Drive enterprise sales for Acquia’s digital experience platform by developing go-to-market strategies, prospecting C-level stakeholders, building pipeline, forecasting, negotiating contracts, meeting quota, and maintaining Salesforce data. The role also involves mentoring BDRs, developing partner relationships, and promoting Drupal and Acquia to large enterprises and system integrators. Candidates should have substantial SaaS account executive experience, strong pipeline-generation skills, and expertise in web development or web content management.

Build and ship production AI systems across retrieval, knowledge graphs, inference, agentic workflows, and data platforms. Develop customer-context retrieval, scored signals, workflow automation, evaluation, and observability capabilities. Work hands-on with Python, SQL, dbt, lakehouse data, cloud infrastructure, model selection, and inference-cost optimization. Establish reusable engineering patterns and mentor teams through high-quality code and system design.
