Prototype with agentic coding tools, write clear specs and demos, manage roadmaps and backlogs, ensure governance (approval, audit, rollback), track outcomes and adoption, and collaborate across engineering, customers, and executives to ship secure, compliant AI agent features.

Lead development and operation of cloud-native CI/CD pipelines, automate build/release workflows, onboard and integrate services, maintain availability and observability, collaborate across teams, support production environments and participate in on-call rotations.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, host quarterly business reviews, resolve escalations, build executive relationships, and meet renewal/net retention quotas.
