Manage and coordinate strategic IT projects from planning through completion. Analyze business needs, document requirements, propose system improvements, track budgets, schedules, tickets, bugs, and deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors. Conduct validation testing, maintain project documentation and dashboards, support users during solution adoption, and provide post-implementation support. The role also contributes to CRM, ERP, and website development initiatives while promoting process improvements and best practices.

Provides administrative and organizational support to the Occupational Health and Safety department. Responsibilities include handling calls and information requests, tracking deadlines and deliverables, processing and filing confidential documents, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting department operations.

Supports occupational health and safety advisors with daily prevention activities, including updating safety documents and tools, conducting research, coordinating ASP Construction training, organizing awareness activities, preparing tracking materials, and contributing to process and service improvement projects. The role is designed for someone studying occupational health and safety who wants to develop practical expertise and potentially progress into an advisor position.

Advise construction employers on workplace health and safety legislation, prevention programs, injury prevention, chantier-specific issues, and occupational health and safety case management. Visit construction sites and establishments, recommend corrective measures, support regulatory compliance and legal defenses, and contribute to the medical-administrative management of prevention mutuals. Frequent travel throughout the metropolitan region is required.

Coordinates the logistics and administration of learning activities, including scheduling trainers, managing training calendars, supporting mandatory continuing education, communicating with participants and instructors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also contributes to marketing content, social media initiatives, promotional events, administrative projects, and service-improvement practices. Requires strong French communication skills, customer service, organization, autonomy, and digital proficiency.
