Provides reception and telephone support while delivering courteous customer service. Welcomes visitors, answers and routes calls, manages correspondence, databases, office supplies, mail, courier shipments, invoices, purchase orders, and onboarding for interns and new employees. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, prioritization, and customer-service skills in a corporate association environment.

Supports managers and employees with competency development, training, performance management, engagement, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. Coordinates training and performance processes, maintains HR tools and competency profiles, analyzes engagement surveys, tracks HR indicators, supports HR communications, and contributes to HR process improvements and HRIS evolution.

Coordinates the logistics and administration of learning activities, including scheduling trainers, managing training calendars, supporting mandatory continuing education, communicating with participants and instructors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also contributes to marketing content, social media initiatives, promotional events, administrative projects, and service-improvement practices. Requires strong French communication skills, customer service, organization, autonomy, and digital proficiency.
