Serves as the front desk’s first point of contact for clients, visitors, employees, and prospective clients. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, distributing mail and faxes, managing visitor access and employee badges, supporting employee recognition and identification processes, ordering office supplies, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Manages employee credentialing, compliance training, curriculum development, and training content for support staff. Oversees Training Specialists, tracks competency and education completion, evaluates training effectiveness, conducts audits and orientations, addresses noncompliance, and partners with Human Resources and program leadership. The role also serves as a liaison to external auditors and ensures training programs meet regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and person-centered standards.

The Quality Specialist supports quality improvement, compliance, audits, documentation reviews, data analysis, reporting, and regulatory oversight for disability support programs. The role ensures adherence to Pennsylvania, federal, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards; monitors improvement initiatives; participates in investigations and peer reviews; maintains quality certifications; and advocates for person-centered services. Local travel and occasional evening or weekend work are required.

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing and implementing person-centered plans, supervising staff, ensuring health/safety and regulatory compliance, completing documentation and assessments, administering and training medication administration, coordinating community inclusion and transportation, managing finances for assigned persons, responding to crises, and participating in required trainings and investigations.

Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities by coordinating and implementing person-centered plans (ISPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, completing assessments and medication administration training, facilitating community inclusion and relationships, and maintaining communication with families and team members to support health, safety, and individual outcomes.

Provide early intervention nutrition and feeding services to children birth to three and families. Conduct assessments, set individualized goals, deliver in-home/community services, collaborate with IFSP team, complete documentation, comply with EI regulations and HIPAA, maintain Pennsylvania LDN licensure, and attend required trainings.

Conduct developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers, write evaluation reports, develop and implement IFSP-based treatment plans, provide sessions and family consultation, maintain records and equipment, coordinate transitions and multidisciplinary collaboration, chair case reviews, mentor interns, and attend required trainings and meetings.
