Lead Representative Payee Specialist manages caseloads and budgets, coordinates with SSA and county BSU, processes referrals in Unicentric, monitors accounts, completes required reporting, and serves as primary office contact to ensure financial stability for individuals served.

Provide early intervention special instruction and hearing services to children birth to three and their families in home and community settings. Use family-guided, evidence-based practices, conduct assessments, develop individualized strategies, complete documentation, maintain compliance with regulations and HIPAA, attend required trainings, and collaborate with IFSP team members.

Manage benefits enrollment, COBRA, terminations, and claims; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain HRIS (Paycom); reconcile billing; support open enrollment and wellness programs; respond to employee benefits inquiries.

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing and implementing person-centered plans, supervising staff, ensuring health/safety and regulatory compliance, completing documentation and assessments, administering and training medication administration, coordinating community inclusion and transportation, managing finances for assigned persons, responding to crises, and participating in required trainings and investigations.

Provide early intervention nutrition and feeding services to children birth to three and families. Conduct assessments, set individualized goals, deliver in-home/community services, collaborate with IFSP team, complete documentation, comply with EI regulations and HIPAA, maintain Pennsylvania LDN licensure, and attend required trainings.

Oversee and support employment services for individuals with disabilities: coordinate intakes and job trials, coach on-site, build employer partnerships, train and mentor staff, monitor billable hours and progress, ensure documentation and quality assurance, and provide coverage during planned or emergency needs.

Support people with disabilities to find and keep competitive, community-based employment. Conduct work assessments, job trials, job shadowing, and job coaching. Build employer relationships, promote Achieva services, and provide individualized training and support. Work schedule is flexible and community-based.
