Supports daily billing and accounts receivable operations by entering receipts and invoices, preparing customer invoices, managing past-due statements, maintaining account files, addressing invoice inquiries, and assisting with audits. Provides backup support to the Senior Billing Specialist and supports the Billing Manager. The full-time role offers hybrid flexibility after two months, with three days onsite weekly in Pittsburgh.

Supports daily billing operations by submitting and correcting electronic claims, tracking rejected and denied claims, processing remittances, coordinating billing adjustments, completing Pennsylvania DHS revalidation applications, and assisting with audits. The role uses billing software and state databases, collaborates with program staff and consultants, and provides backup billing support. It is a hybrid full-time position requiring on-site work in Pittsburgh three days per week after onboarding.

Provides employee training oversight, including onboarding, recurring instruction, compliance training, competency assessments, learning-management-system administration, and training-record audits. Develops materials aligned with regulations, funder standards, and agency initiatives; tracks credentialing requirements; reports compliance issues; identifies training needs; and supports employee professional development. Requires collaboration with management, compliance teams, external auditors, and stakeholders. The role also advocates for people supported by the organization and requires local travel, evenings, and weekends.
