Teams at Achieva

Support people with disabilities to find and keep competitive, community-based employment. Conduct work assessments, job trials, job shadowing, and job coaching. Build employer relationships, promote Achieva services, and provide individualized training and support. Work schedule is flexible and community-based.

Develop and implement marketing communications to elevate Achieva's mission and programs. Create written and digital content (newsletters, web copy, social, long- and short-form storytelling), manage email campaigns and CMS updates, support events and advocacy, coordinate multimedia production, track performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, accessible messaging and brand standards.

Coordinate daily operations of assigned community homes; provide direct care and specialized supports to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities; implement individual outcome plans; coach and schedule staff; maintain records and home upkeep; serve as on-call contact; administer medications after certification; complete assessments and documentation.
