Support adults with disabilities to find and maintain competitive, community-based employment. Conduct assessments, job trials, job shadowing, employer outreach, one-to-one coaching and training, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful, sustainable employment outcomes.

Coordinate daily operations of assigned community homes; provide direct care and specialized supports to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities; implement individual outcome plans; coach and schedule staff; maintain records and home upkeep; serve as on-call contact; administer medications after certification; complete assessments and documentation.

Analyzes financial and operational data to support leadership decision-making and fiscal health across five nonprofit affiliates. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, dashboard and report development, grant and restricted-funds reporting, reconciliations, month-end close support, journal entries, and audit preparation. The role partners with IT and operational teams to integrate data, improve reporting, automate processes, provide analytical support and training, and recommend improvements for long-term sustainability.
