Record and post customer payments, prepare and send statements, invoices, and credit memos, maintain accurate customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and respond professionally to customer inquiries.

Manage and support ACD's server, desktop, networking, security, email, telephony, ERP, and e-commerce systems. Lead one support specialist, maintain support contracts and licenses, guide projects, collaborate with departments, and ensure reliable integrations and reporting for Sage X3 and Magento.

Serve as the primary contact to process customer applications end-to-end, provide support and guidance, maintain professional customer relationships, collaborate across departments to complete onboarding, recommend process improvements based on feedback, and perform other duties assigned by management.
