The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for processing customer applications from start to finish and providing support and guidance to potential customers.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the customer onboarding experience as the main point of contact for applications, inquiries and issues providing timely response.
- Establish and maintain a courteous and professional relationship with ACD Customers.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure the success of applicant’s onboarding process.
- Make process enhancement requests based on customer feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and capability to work independently with little direction
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation
- Base rate: $18.00 per hour
