Analyzes counterterrorism intelligence using government databases and analytic tools to evaluate threats, identify valuable information, and support watchlist nominations. Reviews intelligence and technical reports, applies nomination criteria and established SOPs, and provides quality assurance and quality control recommendations. The role requires strong research, analytical, communication, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills, along with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and on shifts or extended hours.

Provide strategic guidance, operational case management, and program management for intelligence operations. Review ongoing and potential operations, apply operational tradecraft and intelligence priorities, and connect field personnel with the Intelligence Community. The role supports traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives while requiring objective operational oversight.

Support defense cybersecurity efforts by mapping and curating large datasets, applying AI/ML (including generative AI) and statistical methods, building models and visualizations/dashboards, documenting metrics, and communicating analytic conclusions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and secures scalable AWS infrastructure and cloud applications. Translates requirements into cloud solutions, supports application migrations to Cloud and DevOps, troubleshoots PKI, networking, and proxy issues, and implements automation, configuration management, and reliable day-two operations. Maintain training records, file directories and SharePoint content. Support J2Q mission management and the Command SM2M Program Manager with documentation and administrative oversight.

Provide senior-level intelligence and operational support: research and analysis, task management, status reporting, develop operating instructions, coordinate with domestic and foreign partners, recommend process improvements, and enable long-term information-sharing to support strategic decision-making.

Lead capture and proposal efforts for federal opportunities: develop capture plans, competitive analysis, solutioning, mentor proposal teams, and serve as proposal manager for strategic bids.
