ATS is actively hiring a Communications Specialist / Content Manager with TS/SCI w/ Polygraph in Chantilly, VA.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Strategic Communications and Joomla web development, ensuring effective digital engagement and content management
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute internal communications aligned with strategic messaging.
- Draft and publish workforce messages promoting FO events such as All Hands meetings.
- Gather and summarize key topics for the weekly newsletter to engage the workforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to develop and update digital content.
- Create and implement visually appealing, user-friendly web pages and newsletters.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508, GDPR, CCCA, and other regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed.
- Gather content requirements and update web text, images, videos, and multimedia.
- Provide editorial quality control and support mass email distribution via EDGE Mass Email Tool.
- Work with various stakeholders to develop and deploy new communication strategies.
- Act as a technical liaison between users, managers, and developers.
- Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with SharePoint, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OneNote
Skills Required
