Provides on-site system administration and IT support for government customer systems. Responsibilities include account management, password resets, patching, security and compliance scans, hardware installation and replacement, data transfers, network troubleshooting, incident reporting, ticketing, and coordination during outages and upgrades. Requires on-call support, equipment handling, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Conducts technical targeting research and analysis supporting HUMINT and Intelligence Community operations. Responsibilities include creating network diagrams, parsing structured and unstructured files, extracting technical data, using Windows and Linux command-line shells, and applying computer forensics, network administration, cybersecurity, and network exploitation expertise. Produces technical briefings and written products, collaborates with teams, and independently completes projects. An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is mandatory.

Designs, develops, and optimizes scalable on-premise and cloud networking systems. Responsibilities include routing and switching configuration, network provisioning automation, distributed-system troubleshooting, performance optimization, capacity management, security, monitoring, and full lifecycle deployment. The role develops Python and other scripts, supports hybrid cloud environments, performs network and packet analysis, and maintains technical documentation while working in agile teams.
