Lead capture and proposal efforts for federal opportunities: develop capture plans, competitive analysis, solutioning, mentor proposal teams, and serve as proposal manager for strategic bids.

Develop and manage TEMPEST/EMC programs, perform electromagnetic risk assessments and EMC/Tempest testing, recommend design mitigations, produce test plans and certification records, and train personnel to ensure compliance with NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92 and CNSSP-510 standards.

The Senior Operations Officer will lead operations across stakeholders, analyze data, communicate complex information clearly, and conduct occasional travel.
