Partnering with the CFO, stabilize monthly close, build forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, support NetSuite ERP rollout, monitor subscription metrics and revenue recognition, provide financial analysis and business partnering for commercial and operational teams during scale-up and acquisitions.

Manage end-to-end projects to optimize internal processes, workflows and tools; scale Product-Ops across multiple European markets; collect feedback, streamline cross-functional processes, communicate releases, and produce structured reporting and analysis to support management and business objectives.

Build inclusive, high-performance web products: implement accessible frontends with React and TypeScript, develop backend services (Lambda, ECS, APIs), manage DBs (Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), handle async workflows (SNS/SQS), ensure performance, testing, monitoring, and drive R&D and engineering best practices.

Design, build, and maintain TypeScript backend services (Lambda, ECS) and REST APIs. Implement event-driven flows with SNS/SQS, manage Aurora PostgreSQL and DynamoDB schemas and queries, use Docker for container workloads, and gradually contribute to AWS CDK infrastructure as code. Own reliability, observability, and production readiness.
