Partnership Manager – DACHWho we are:

We're a scale-up growing at supersonic speed, driven by one ambitious goal: making technology accessible to everyone, no exceptions. As Europe's leading company in digital accessibility, we're looking for a motivated, charismatic Partnership Manager to develop, nurture and grow commercial relationships with our partners across the DACH region.

The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities (software houses, marketing & web agencies, consulting firms, etc.), negotiating commercial terms and managing existing relationships. You'll work closely with several departments to ensure every partnership is managed as effectively as possible.

We're looking for an ambitious person with a natural commercial instinct, strong relationship and management skills, initiative and drive — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves to think outside the box.

What you'll do:
  • Take a proactive, self-driven approach to opening new doors: you're energised by finding and winning new partners, not only by nurturing the ones we already have.

  • Build a systematic, process-oriented approach to sourcing partners and managing relationships.

  • Identify partnership opportunities by following up on inbound leads and, just as importantly, by generating your own through targeted outbound outreach (cold calls and emails) — pinpointing key players and sparking their interest.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align internal goals with partner relationships.

  • Negotiate and finalise agreements in line with company guidelines and contract policies.

  • Provide partners with the training, information and recommendations they need to optimise referral activity.

  • Deliver an outstanding experience to every partner. You'll represent our brand and be our partners' internal point of reference.

Who we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in the DACH market, built by developing agency partnerships (web, marketing, software or consulting agencies) — the kind of network and approach a Partnership or Channel Manager brings.

  • A proactive, new-business mindset: you take the initiative, actively seek out fresh opportunities, and are just as comfortable opening a brand-new relationship as growing an established one.

  • Previous experience as a Partnership Manager / Channel Manager.

  • A genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to contribute to the company's growth.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • A natural flair for networking and a keen eye for detail.

  • Fluent German and English are a must.

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of B2B service sales and lead generation.

  • Familiarity with the DACH market and its agency ecosystem.

  • A background in managing B2B partnerships and relationships.

What we offer:
  • Inclusive culture: You'll work in an environment that champions accessibility and innovation.

  • Competitive salary: We offer a salary that's competitive with other European scale-ups. We set a high bar to bring the best people onto our team.

  • Professional growth: The chance to develop your skills and grow within a fast-expanding company.

  • Work alongside experts: You'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about digital accessibility, sharpening your skills and spreading our mission.

  • Hybrid working: Flexibility between office and remote work for the perfect work-life balance.

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to personal and company targets.

We welcome applications from people of all genders, ages, backgrounds and nationalities. Accessiway is an equal-opportunity employer.
