Leads organization-wide learning and development, LMS ownership, quality management, ISO certification readiness, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Develops training programs, maintains learning content and pathways, strengthens quality systems, improves processes, and partners with leaders to build organizational capability and service excellence.

Perform functional, integration, regression, automated, API, and database testing across the software lifecycle. Identify risks early, investigate defects, analyze application behavior, and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to improve solution quality. Apply coding experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar languages to support testing and root-cause analysis while ensuring technology solutions meet business and user needs.

Coordinate daily logistics operations for equipment delivery, installation, and collection. Manage scheduling, route planning, urgent requests, specialist site visits, and resource allocation. Communicate with clients, suppliers, drivers, therapists, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Resolve issues, respond empathetically to enquiries, and identify process improvements while maintaining accuracy and adapting to changing priorities.
