We offer a comprehensive range of disability and rehabilitation equipment, housing modifications, and support services that empower people to live fuller, more independent lives.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a six-month fixed term basis to cover a period of parental leave. This full-time role is based at our Airport Oaks, Auckland site and operates Monday to Friday.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery, installation, and collection of essential equipment. You will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate schedules, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and service outcomes, so having a high level of attention to detail is crucial.

You'll take ownership of scheduling and route planning, ensuring resources are utilised effectively while balancing customer needs and operational priorities. From organising urgent requests and coordinating specialist site visits to collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced operation that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. Your ability to think ahead, solve problems, and adapt to changing demands will help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.

As a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships that drive trust, confidence, and outstanding service. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, drivers, therapists, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across the delivery, installation and collection journey. By responding to enquiries with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues proactively, and championing Accessible values, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for clients while contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

This is a great opportunity where you can build on your existing logistics experience alongside a supportive and collaborative team, with potential further opportunities for the right person at the end of the fixed term period.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in route planning and knowledge of the greater Auckland region.
  • Excellent computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling/logistics systems an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High levels of integrity, empathy, and sensitivity when working with clients and responding to their individual needs.

Why Accessable?

You'll be part of a team culture that is collaborative, supportive, and values real impact – you’ll finish each day knowing your work and contributions matter.

We offer a safe, welcoming, and inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and lived experience.  If you’re someone who brings energy, integrity, and a drive to make a difference — we want to hear from you.
