Learning & Quality Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Training, Learning & Quality Manager to join us and take a leading role in championing our learning, competence, quality, and continuous improvement focus across the organisation.

This is a broad role combining organisation-wide learning and development, LMS ownership, quality management and certification. You’ll operate comfortably across people capability and quality management from a high level perspective but it’s your practical, hands-on approach for getting into the detail and making things happen that will set you apart.  This role isn't simply about maintaining systems — it’s about making them even better.

You understand that great training, robust processes, and a strong quality culture all contribute to better business performance.  Your background may include technical training, you definitely have LMS experience and been involved in the quality certification journey – this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our Learning & Development strategy — identify organisation-wide training needs and develop practical learning programmes across technical, compliance, client support, leadership and professional development.
• Own our LMS and Learning Hub — hands-on management of the LMS; create, maintain and enhance learning content and training pathways.
• Lead our Quality Management System — drive our journey towards ISO certification, including quality systems, documentation, internal audits, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement — work across the business to improve processes, embed consistent practices and build a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Partner with leaders across the organisation — provide capability development and specialist advice ensuring learning and quality initiatives support business objectives.

You’ll take ownership of the company-wide learning framework, Learning Management System (LMS), and Quality Management System (QMS) working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation to build capability through engaging learning content, practical training pathways, quality management, and process consistency.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring a combination of learning & development expertise, and quality knowledge, building collaborative relationships across the organisation. You will be the champion for learning and quality across the business.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring:

• Experience in a Learning & Development, Training, Quality management, or organisational capability role.
• A track record of identifying training needs and turning them into practical, effective and engaging learning solutions.
• Hands-on LMS experience, including creating, modifying and managing online learning content. TalentLMS experience an advantage.
• Experience in a technical training environment would be advantageous, but your experience should extend beyond technical training into broader organisational capability.
• Experience with, or a strong understanding of, ISO certification and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of internal auditing, non-conformances, corrective actions and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently across the business.
• A practical, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for learning, quality and continuous improvement.
