Sell telecom, IP, managed and voice solutions to mid-market and regional enterprise customers across Northwest Georgia. Prospect new logos, build GTM and account plans, work with partners/resellers, and close new business while meeting quota and supporting customers.

Lead market and outside-plant (OSP) fiber network planning by sizing TAM, assessing street-level competition, building pro forma ROI models, prioritizing expansion opportunities, designing feeder/distribution routes, managing IRU/lease decisions and capacity forecasting, and maintaining fiber GIS/planning data and dashboards.

Manage renewals, upsell and cross-sell to existing Georgia customers remotely. Generate leads, set meetings for regional account managers, create quotes, fulfill orders, and maintain detailed Salesforce records to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.

Lead and manage the HR function including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, policy and compliance, HRIS-driven learning, vendor management, and strategic HR initiatives to support multi-state operations and organizational growth.

Sell telecom, IP, managed services and voice solutions into Georgia state and education (SLED) accounts. Develop and execute vertical GTM and account plans, identify and close new logos, manage and upsell existing accounts, craft customer solutions, meet sales quotas, and collaborate across teams. Role requires Georgia residency and occasional travel.

Lead wholesale sales into Georgia carriers, MSOs, ISPs, resellers, municipal broadband and data centers. Develop GTM and account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell, craft technical transport and IP solutions, manage pipeline, meet quotas, and collaborate with engineering, product and marketing.
