Assist security technicians with installation and service calls, troubleshoot and maintain alarm equipment, learn all aspects of security jobs, explain system procedures to customers, and ensure prompt, professional resolution of customer issues. Maintain workplace organization and stay current on industry products and procedures.

Assist during emergencies, follow Fire Rover protocols, and support Noonlight video verification alerts.
