Provides in-office technical and customer support by scheduling service tickets, troubleshooting issues by phone, assisting with customer retention, managing inbox requests, administering cellular support platforms, coordinating fire inspections, and managing service queues and trouble reports.

Provide administrative and CRM-based support to sales reps: manage leads and proposals in WeOpportunity/WeEstimate/Acadian CRM, handle incoming sales calls, prepare sales documents, track post-sale issues, attend sales meetings, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining knowledge of security systems and industry best practices.

Assist security technicians with installation and service calls, troubleshoot and maintain alarm equipment, learn all aspects of security jobs, explain system procedures to customers, and ensure prompt, professional resolution of customer issues. Maintain workplace organization and stay current on industry products and procedures.
