Provide pre-hospital basic life support, patient assessment, treatment and safe transport to medical facilities. Document care, maintain ambulance/equipment, follow protocols and communications rules, assist/transfer patients, perform vehicle and station duties, and precept trainees when assigned.

Process and analyze payments from assigned payors: post payments, reconcile unapplied cash, monitor and resolve payment variances (including payer calls), retrieve EOBs via payer portals, ensure accurate demographics, maintain logs, and perform related administrative duties to meet departmental productivity and confidentiality standards.

Provide timely pre-hospital care and transportation for sick and injured patients, ensuring proper documentation and equipment maintenance.
