Process and resolve commercial insurance claims: status checks, contact payers, research rejections and appeals, monitor payments, verify insurance and demographics, ensure federal compliance, handle payer correspondence and calls.

Builds and operates low-risk automations and self-service tools (portals, chatbots) to reduce manual IT work. Implements RPA using UiPath, scripts in Python/PowerShell/C#, integrates systems via APIs/webhooks and databases, instruments monitoring/reporting, maintains KB content, and follows security and change-management practices.
